If I want to make a purchase, do I need to create a personal account?

No, it's not necessary, you can just use our guest check out option. But it would be more convenient for you to have an account, in this case you can easily login and view your details and order information as well as track items that you have purchased more easily. It will also help to save your purchase history and receive personalized offers.

How can I make sure my order was processed?

Once an order is placed by the customer, we automatically send out an order confirmation e-mail to confirm their purchase.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please note that it is not possible to redirect the package after it has been dispatched.

Can I cancel the order?

All shipped orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer service and we'll do as much as we can.

You can also manually cancel your orders on your user profile page.

If you don't see a “Cancel button", it is very likely that your order has already been dispatched.

Can I make a return?

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the ring(s). You may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date you received your order.

How to define/double-check my ring size?

We have developed a convenient sizing system. Our rings in stock are available in three basic sizes: S (5-6 USA), M (6.5-7.5 USA), and L (8-9 USA).
All other sizes can be pre-ordered. The production time is up to 14 business days.

Do you customize items?

We also would be pleased to create a ring specifically for you – in your size, with various stones, and in any color of metal: white, yellow, or red gold. The production time is 3-4 weeks. For more information please contact us at info@juzzlejewelry.com.

What is the jewelry material?

We manufacture the Essential Collection of Juzzle ring parts in bronze and 925 sterling silver. In models with stones, we use natural or laboratory stones. For plating, we use gold and white or black rhodium.

For Fine Jewelry Collection of Juzzle rings, we use 14k or 18k gold and natural stones. For plating, we use white or black rhodium.

All our rings also have a protective coating.

The production is 100% handmade and combines high quality with our love.  

Because each stone in our rings is unique, its color may vary slightly from the shade shown on the website.

Also note that a small percentage of people have a reaction to the copper that is part of the bronze. This reaction is completely harmless and manifests itself as a discoloration of the skin under the ring, which can be easily removed by washing your hands.

How to clean my jewelry?

Metals naturally oxidize with time; this is normal.

Try to restrict the contact that metals and stones have with cosmetics or household chemicals. Also try to remove jewelry while exercising, before swimming and sauna, while cleaning and cooking, and while sleeping.
Wipe the ring components with a dry, soft cloth napkin once each month.

The rings can also be polished with wax (waxing products shouldn't include acid or alkali). Wash the rings in warm water with a soft-bristled brush to avoid scratching the metal surface.

Do you have a trade-in service?

We support sustainable consumption. The metal can be recycled many times and reused again in manufacturing. So we offer trade-in service.

If your ring size has changed, or you want to have a ring in a different metal or just want a new ring, you can exchange your Juzzle ring one year after purchase for a certificate of 70% of the original purchase price. The certificate can be used to pay for your purchase on our website,  juzzlejewelry.com.

To get trade-in service please write to us at info@juzzlejewelry.com and attach the payment documents proofing purposes in our online store. Then we will send you instructions on how and where to send your ring. Items sent to us without a prior trade-in request will be rejected.

We will notify you when we receive your item. Upon receipt we will conduct an inspection. Then we notify you about the results of the inspection and send the certificate for the next purchase by email. Also we will inform you know how to use the certificate.
