Shipping policy

We do our best to ensure that you receive the items as soon as possible.

An order status processing within 2 hours if you paid for the order during business hours (10 a.m. - 5 p.m.) or the next business day. We do not process orders on public holidays.
Items in stock are transferred to the courier or postal service within 5 business days after starting the processing stage.

Items not in stock are made by pre-order and it takes up to 14 business days for production. When the items are ready they are transferred to the courier or postal service within 5 business days. We reserve the right to change the production dates at any time during the processing stage.

We suggest free domestic shipping for all orders

For international shipping, the cost is calculated in the shopping cart at checkout. If you don't see your country in the list, please write to us at info@juzzlejewelry.com and we will do our best to resolve this issue.

SHIPMENT METHOD

In the case of US orders, we use USPS service. You will be informed of the timing of the delivery and the costs involved on the checkout. We will send you a notification that there have been any changes in the order status. Please remember that the time for delivery often depends on the postal code of your area as to the length of the delivery time:
USA - 2-7 business days
International - 7-15 business days

If the status of your shipment is pending, please contact us at info@juzzlejewelry.com and we will look into it.
Upon your order is packaged and sent we will immediately notify you and send the tracking number via email.
All shipments do not require a signature upon delivery, so we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Due to high demand the delivery time may increase during our Black Friday and Mother Day events.
