Refund policy

We do our best to make you happy with your orders. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the ring(s). You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you received your order.  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

First, please check your order carefully upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible at info@juzzlejewelry.com To initiate a return or exchange, please be sure to describe the problem and attach photos if necessary (e.g. if you find a defect). We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

You send us the item(s) and pay for shipping. We will notify you when we have received your item(s). Items returned to us without first requesting a return or exchange will be refused.

When we receive your item we inspect it. We do not proceed any return or exchange in case the item has been broken, or if it’s used, resized, damaged, showing sings of repair or incomplete.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds for orders placed on our website will be credited to the original method of payment within 5 business days of approval.
